Now Hiring: Jewelry Sales/Customer Service

The right person for this role has excellent customer service, communication, math, and multitasking skills; is competent, quick-thinking, logical, and a fast learner; and is excited about the possibilities and potential of being part of our team.

Must-haves:

  • Prior relevant retail experience

  • Ability to guide clients through their experience from start to finish, and to make small talk during downtime

  • Values the clients’ opinions and concerns, and the integrity of the shop

  • Amazing customer service and the ability to connect with all types of people

  • Confidence, self-motivation, open and excited to learn and grow

  • Strong work ethic, proactive, ability to stay on-task and keep busy with minimal guidance

  • Appreciation for a close-knit team

Bonus points if you have:

  • Basic knowledge of industry standards and best practices

  • Working experience with Lightspeed Retail, Square products, or other POS systems

  • Smart ideas for social media engagement

  • Interest in or experience with photography and/or photo editing software

  • A personal interest in body piercing, fashion trends and jewelry trends
